Default DHCP won't startup

I have built a new Netware 6.5 sp7 server on vmware esxi. I have created a dhcp server object and assigned this a subnet. My problem is that when I load dhcpsrvr -d3 I get the following error message:

12: Error [35324] reading LocatorPtr attr from server obj

I have deleted the dhcp server object and recreated. This doesn't resolve the issue. If assign the subnet to another server it works fine. All other dhcp servers in the tree are working fine..

We have another Netware 6.5 sp7 server running dhcp on esxi and this is working fine..

Does anyone know whats going on here or how to resolve?
