Restrict Zone Transfer w/ DNS/DHCP Console

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how I can restrict zone transfers between my primary DNS server to my passive primary DNS server only? The only options I have when choosing my primary DNS server are the Zone, Forwarding List, No-forwarding List and Options tab.
