Granting rights through dos
Hi
I keep getting the following error “Rights-4.22 (970314) PTF-375: The specified group was not found” when I grant rights to my users through dos. I used a batch file to create directories for each of my users. I then executed the rights command to grants rights to the users to their directory. The users do not belong to any group. Here are the codes I used to create and granting rights.
echo %1
mkdir %2\%1
rights %2\%1 WEFRCM /name=%1
As you can see from the code %1 is both the name of the directory and user. %2 is the path. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
