Netware 6.5 SP5 memory upgrade will not display above 4gig

I have a netware 6.5 SP5 server that had 4 gig of RAM during the initial
install. I have since upgraded to 6 gig of RAM. When I type in Memory at
the console is says total system memory is on 4 gig. The BIOS of the
server reports 6 gig.
