Move NW 6.0 License to a new hardware

Hi folks,

my situation is:

a compaq dl360 server with nw 6.0 with SYS volume mounted on local disk and all other volumes mounted on a SAN connected in fiber optic.

my target is the migration of Netware 6.0, maintaining version and volumes configuration, on another server (probably a HP DL380).

The questions are:

1) how can I move license file from old to new server? Restoring a full backup is enough?
2) Are there any special HW issues in using such model of server (HP DL380)?
