Product.ni fails

Hi,

Trying to add NFAP on a NW6SP5 box.

Once I click Add on the install screen, and browse to the PRODUCTS.NI
file on the root of my overlay CD, the "copying files" dialog appears.
After a few moments, the process end in an error:

"Tree not intialized yet"
