Default NMAS "invalid user" error 1649

I have a single user who is getting an NMAS "invalid user" error 1649 everytime she log's in. I can repeat the problem on my test box and I am running the most recent NW client. We are running NW 6.5 sp6 edir 2.7.6 and IDM 3.5.1 w/ Single sign on.
