TSA connection error

I'm having the same problem however it is not consistent. Most of the time the backup runs normally other times it fails with the same error:

Tsa connection not made, Qfiles cannot be processed.
*** File browser on node <node name> returned error 1201 ***

Interestingly enough it is happening primarily on Groupwise cluster and one other server.

Any luck thus far?
