TSA connection error

Hi all - we are running a Netware 6.5 sp6 cluster and Syncsort Backup
Express 2.35.2. For some time now we have been having backup jobs fail with
the following error:

TSA connection not made. Qfiles can not be processed.

We can do an smsstop, unload tsafs,smdr, etc and it still fails.
Rebooting the server will fix the problem. For various reasons rebooting is
not the best option for us even though it is in a cluster. Does anyone know
anything about this error? We have been working with Syncsort support and
all they say is that it is a TSA connection problem ----really helpful huh?
