Arcserve 11.1 SP3 vs Netware 6.5 SP7

Hi,

I've got a problem with Arcserve 11.1 SP3 on Netware 6.5 SP7.
Arcserve is installed on a Netware 6.5 SP7 server.

When I want to make a backup with the Manager, I cannot see the directories or files on the server.
I only can see 2 dirs on SYS: LOGIN & NDPS.
(I tested other dirs with public rights & admin rights)
If I make a backup via the console, I can see all the directories and files, but cannot backup them.

There is 1 other NW6.5 SP7 server, the same problem.
There are 2 NW6 server, without any problems', I can 'see' and backup the dirs and files.
All the remote servers have the Arcserve Netware Agent loaded.

The errors I got is:
In ARCH$SVR.LOG on Arcserve Host & NWAgent log:
Failed to Open Data Set - Server Specific Info,fffdffcc
Failed to begin scan for directory MAIL:, ret=fffdffd1

Can anyone help me with this?
