The TSATEST results show the problem is not in your NSS/disk area, but
the network or the backup app/server. Try some file copies in both
directions between the Windows and NW servers, which will help determine
if it's the network.
Make sure that the lan cards in both servers, and the switch/router
ports they are plugged into, are all at Autonegotiate, not hard-set to
100FD or anything else.
