It does (Sbackup), but that doesn't mean it runs all the time, nor that it's what you are using. Even if there is a backup app in use, it may be auto-unloading when done.
Load nwconfig - view installed products. If nothing is listed there, you may be not backing up at all, just using some simple file copy process, or the backup software may be on another server and does remote backups across the wire.
