Synchronization shared folder

Hi,
i need to synchronize some shared folder between my server netware 6.5 and my desktop pc (winxp) with external usb HD attached.

I'm looking for a software that synchronize the folder any 1 or 2 hours saving previous version of files for x copy on ext usb HD

Any hideas?
