Password Challenge Response - Windows XP

I just setup the Challenge Response function on my NW 6.5 SP5 environment. For the most part, all our users have either Windows 2K or XP PCs. They only have user rights to their PC. All PCs have Client 4.91 SP2. The NW system properly sets up the Challenge response questions on new users added to the policy.

But here is my question,

Now does NW "synchronize" the new password with the PC?

If the user can't remember their NW Password and change it, their PC is now no longer synchronized and they are locked out of their PC. This will still require HelpDesk intervention. How do you configure the Challenge Response function to synchronize the new password to the PC?????
