Re: Windows Server mapping and drive response slow
OK! Was having blonde moment have made the changes as suggested but still seeing the same results of slowness after about 20 min and about 43 sec to re-establish.
What is interesting is I have just left an explorer window open on one of the mapped drives to the 2008 server one level down from the root of the mapped drive for about 8 hours and minimized it on the task bar. Just went back to it and it had mantained the connection to this mapped drive and did not have to wait the 43 sec to re-establish the connection to it.
