Default Intermittently missing H: drive when logging in VISTA

Intermittently, when logging in, we get all mapped network drives except for the H: drive (the first drive mapped in the login script, which happens to be their Home Directory). Re-logging in via LoginW32 after initial login does map the drive properly. It seems this happens about 1 out of 10 logins (just a guess).

We are using the following line in the script to map the drive:
MAP ROOT H:=%HOME_DIRECTORY

Is there a better method? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
