Novell Client - How to disable change Password

Is there a way to disable the change password option for edirectory only on the Novell Client 4.91 for Windows/XP?

Still would require the ability to change windows passwords, the eDirectory passwords are handled by a pw sync from Oracle IM to AD, EDIR. The Oracle IM connector is uni-directional so edir password changes cannot be allowed from the Novell Client in this case. Any ideas?
