GroupWise 7 Cluster Resource comatose

We have 2 node cluster NW65SP6 with a GW7.03 resource. If we take the
resource offline and online again for testing ist works ok. when the
system runs about 4 weeks an we try to migrate the resource manually or
as a result of a system error it end in a comatose state :

Rebooting the failing node and putting the GW-resource offline and online
manually works ok again.
