OES Linux Missing Cluster Templates

I have a 2 node OES2SP1 Linux cluster running. So far I have only 1 resource, a Large NSS volume that mounts and migrates properly. When I went to create a DHCP resource I found that no templates had been installed. Is there someway I can copy or re-install 'stock' templates?

What I've tried -

iManager > Clusters > Cluster Options
- I see MasterIP, 2 nodes, vol resource only - no templates

The docs say to look here, where I also don't see them
