DHCP migration: excluded-IP-address mapping is not supported

Hello, I have made succesful migration of DHCP, but in log, there are few
lines like:
Tue Jul 8 12:22:50 2008 excluded-IP-address mapping is not supported

I have found no information about "excluded-IP-address" in documentation,
what does this mean and what resources does this affect?
