If from NT Domain Server or other domain member PC Browse to Network
Neighborhood and select the CIFS Server Name receive error message:

NT4 Domain Server is fully patched as of 8/28/03
NT4 Domain Server and Novell Server are on the same subnet.
CIFSSTRT displays correct information
CIFS Info displays correct information
CIFS.cfg displays correct information
CIFSctxs.cfg displays correct organizational unit and sub container
information.
ConsoleOne -> FileServer -> Properties -> CIFS displays correct
information
Default All Volumes are shared. No IP or Share restrictions
ConsoleOne -> Security -> LoginPolicy displays NDS and lsmcifs
Licensing is Novell+Netware 6 Server+600 University Enterprise
Licensing
Agreement.
Ping of CIFS Server Name is successful, displaying Novell Server IP.
Tracert of CIFS Server Name is successful, displaying the Novell
Server Name
and IP.
If NT4 Domain Server Rebooted, Novell Logger screen displays:
DNCTcpDCNCShutdown: PDC possibly Reset the connection -- Shutdown and
reconnect
NT Domain Server shows continuous session with Novell Server on port
