Mac OS X 10.6.x support for NW65SP8 & OES2SP1

I'm very pleased to be able to say that patches are now available for
NetWare 6.5 SP8 and OES2 SP1 to enable support for Mac OS X 10.6.

Please note however that the installation instructions in the readme for
the NW65SP8 patch are currently wrong - to stop and start the AFP
service on NetWare it's 'afpstop' and 'afpstrt' (not 'afptcpstop' and
'afptcpstrt').
