AFP versus SAMBA/CIFS ?
Hi,
I have been using AFP (yes all our machines are MAC) since last year
but never got it to work reliably. The service stops responding and
the mounts dísapear from our MACs 2-3 times a day.
Our current system is a Full NOWS but I have licenses for a Nows SBS and thought I would try moving over to this and at the same time making the move to SAMBA/CIFS if this could be a better solution - as I have no knowledge if AFP is supported in Nows SBS.
Anyone using SAMBA/CIFS with MACs ?
