Do CIFS users show up at normal connections?

I'm trying to figure out who has a file open. When I look at it in NoRM the only connection shown as having it open is connection 0, so does that mean CIFS? (This is a file in a user's home directory and not a system file). What is the novell equivalent of Manage - System Tools - Shared Folders - Sessions, or Shared Folders - Open Files?

This is on Netware 6.5sp8, not OES Linux.
