Default NSL not recognizing links within browser

Hi All;

We are implementing NSL 3.0.4.0 w/out secret store and it is working
fine
for Lotus Notes and LDAP authentication for our Websense software. We
have
a problem when users are going into dissimilar products from the same

browser window. For example, an employee hits a website (our portal)
that
is running on Apache and there is a link within the site for a Lotus Quickplace. When the user trys to connect, Secure Login gets dumb. It
acts
as though it is not even running (this happens on W2K workstation SP3

running IE6, on NT4SP6 workstation running IE 5.5, NSL pops up, but
the
passed credentials do not work). If the user accesses the Quickplace
from
a new browser window, it works fine. We are also having problems when
we
try to export out of Siebel, it hangs if NSL is running. Has anyone
else
seen this?
