Network password and passphrase mixup!

Hi!

We are currently running 3.51 with sp1, and very often when clients are
offline they gets a popup windows that claims that they need to fill in
network password but it's really the passphrase or vice versa?

This is really confusing for us on IT department and we should explain
how users feel about this?

Why is this?
