Secret Answer Question after every Win pw change ?

We are using NSL 6.0.5 and we continuously have the problem that if a Windows PW expires and the user has to change it, he gets the secret answer question on the next sso start until he changes his Windows PW again.
Would be great if anybody could give me a hint,
Can this probably be solved by updating to NSL 6.1 ?
