Default SSO 70 client on Windows 2000

We recently upgraded to SecureLogin 7.0 in our environment on all of our XP workstations. Anytime we try to upgrade to 7.0 on a Windows 2000 workstation we get a madman.dll error. Is SSO 7.0 supported on Windows 2000? Also, a few users that still have the SSO 6.0 client installed get BROKER_HEADER_DATA_CORRUPT (-116) errors now. We have deleted their local cache (C:\Doc & Settings\Username\Application Data\SecureLogin) but the message returns. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Terry
