admin rights to install NSL client for NSL 6.x or 7.x

In my experience you do not need admin right after the installation with 6.1 nor 7.

As far as I understand we need the admin rigths to install the NSL client.
Which is OK.

But it seems that with Secure Login 3.5, after the installation and the reboot, admin rights were still needed to register some files.

My question is: Is this still the same with NSL 6.x and 7.x ?
