NSM as Transparent proxy ??

NSM with lates up2date.
NSM use as transparent proxy as this:

user ------my_squid------NSM----internet

Without NSM - user can log in to:
[url]https://connect1.erc.ua/consumer/[/url]

When use NSM = user can not get access to the:
[url]https://connect1.erc.ua/consumer/[/url]

Any idea, please.
