Re-creation of user account in Sentinel
I have an issue where an account that had previously been granted access was deleted, and now that user needs access again. However, when I attempt to save the account information, I get the following error:
Request Failed - Cannot create user - an inactive (deleted) user with this name exists. Please use a different name.
Unfortunately I am not able to use another name due to corporate policies, and I need this user to use this name. What steps do I need to take in order to re-create this user's account?
