Error SEN-10003 when logging in to Control Center [25]

Hello,

Last February, a customer has received an error message with error code
"SEN-10003" while trying to log on to the Sentinel Control Center.

This event has only happened once. We have noticed that, at this time,
the system was under a slightly heavier load than usual (about 700eps
vs. usual 600eps, if I recall correctly). I'm wondering if this might
be a lack of memory issue, but this is not easy to troubleshoot after
the facts.

Anyway, my customer believes the first step is to gather information
regarding this error code SEN-10003. We cannot find anything in the
docs, knowledge base and forums. Surely there is someone, somewhere,
with a list of Sentinel error codes and more details about the
underlying problems.

If someone feels like helping with the issue itself, I have all log
files from that day.
