Error creating user in Sentinel Control Center [29]

Hello,

We receive the following error message while trying to create a new user
in the test environment :

Error message :
esecurity.base.exceptions.RemoteException:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Looking in the $esechome$/log directory we have found the control center
log file, which contains the following lines :

Can anybody help us with this ? This problem has been around for a
couple of months now and seems to be resilient (i.e. we have not found
conditions that make it happen or not happen -- it's always there when
trying to create a new user).
