Adding Event Source

Sentinel 6 SP2 Hotfix 4 applied

I cannot add an event source. I click the Add button but nothing happens. Worked fine prior to SP2. Any suggestions? Any log files I can check?

When I say nothing happens I mean the button goes down when I click it and comes back up again when I move the mouse away, apart from that nothing.
