Missing files to Patch Crystal

Hi Guys,
I'm following Installation Guide for Sentinel at Chapter 9.2.3 Patching Crystal Reports the guide indicate to download Sentinel Core Pack to get some files and Patch Crystal Server.

I didn't find this files at Sentinel Core Pack. Does anybody knows where I can find it?
