Mainframe connector will not load

I have a customer who has acquired Sentinel and wants to implement the Mainframe connector in order to see the RACF events. I have plenty of experience with Sentinel itself and UNIX/Linux systems. I am at a loss however when dealing with IBM's Mainframe products and depend entirely on the clients expertise to configure this agent.

The mainframe operator has followed the instructions that accompany the mainframe connector. She has relayed to me the following message which I have translated from Spanish:

"I have followed all the steps in the configuration manual, but when I activate the exit routine using the 'T MPF=(00,XX)' instruction, I get the following":

The logs are not very helpful and I do not know how to guide the client so as to provide more insight into the situation. I have talked to Mainframe operators who have implemented this very connector and they said that no problems were encountered and it should be pretty straight forward.
When asking what could be different between the systems, one operator mentioned that the client's zOS is implemented with SYSPLEX and has multiple partitions for different systems. Unfortunately, Mainframe lingo falls deaf on my ears and I am hoping someone in these forums can offer a little more insight.
¿Anyone implemented the mainframe connector?
