More information please. Are you able to manually offline the partitions
using SDM? Does this occur for all partitions i.e. summary tables,
correlated events, etc..? Can you please post the section of the
sdm0.0.log showing when the operation was attempted? This error can mean
several different things so more information is needed before any
suitable answer can be given.
