Hey ab. Thanks for the reply, however I opted for reinstalling everything. It's a development environment and everything other than the database itself is in the same server. Everything is working fine again. No patches installed up till now however. I will reproduce upgrade steps one more time and see if anything goes wrong. Cheers!
