Default Netware 4.x/3.x unable to recognize 80GB capacity of ST380011A HDD

Scenario:
Changing from a 3.2GB HDD of a Netware 4.x/3.x server to
a new 80GB Seagate Baracuda HDD ST380011A.

Problem Encountered:
INSTALL.NLM only sees 7.7GB as free space
available for use in creating a Netware 386 partition.
It is unable to recognize the full 80GB capacity of the
new ST380011A HDD.

Server Hardware:
- Pentium-IV 2.6GHz Intel CPU
- ASUS P4VP-MX Motherboard
- 128MB RAM
- VT6103 On-board LAN Chip

Server NOS:
- Netware 4.x/3.x

Other Relevant Info:
- Number of server drives: only 1 (the new ST380011A HDD)

- Server is made to boot from a 150MB DOS partition
(formatted as bootable using Windows98SE) in the new
server HDD ST380011A

- Netware disk driver used: IDE.DSK

Any professional advise is highly appreciated. Thanks.
