Backup issue

Ideally, you would be doing a full backup to tape using an NDS aware
backup software for this.

Is that what you are looking to do here?

In some ways it isn't quite as critical -- since you have only a
limited number of users. (Assuming you have the full install CD and
license disks at hand).
