Default Novell kicking user from network drives

Ok here is the problem I have small group in one department that constanly
loses access to there network drives sometimes during the middle of the
day for no apparent reason. I checked the connections to see if it was a
physical probelm such as a kicked or loose wire and have already ruled it
out. The only other problem I can see has to be with the novell software
somehow is timeing them out when they go idle for a period of time. The
funny thing is it only seems to be happening to users in this small
department and nowhere else on the floor so its a localized problem. These
stations are also running windows 2000 if that info can help anyone. I
apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum
