Install 4.11 on new Server

Could any one plz help for this issue:

Due to non capacity with old 4.11 Novell server, I installed Novell 4.11
on Xseries 226 IBM Server ( Raid 5, 3 Hard Disk each 73 G, 1 G.B ram,xeon
processor 3.2 GB) With very standard Novell parameter. I also installed
the old software. when i made a replacement with old server it worked for
15 minutes,then the server stacked and the following message appeared:

" System Haled. "
" Abend: Server 4-11 -4431: CPU hug detected by timer OS version: Novell
Netware 4.11"
" Running Process: interrupt service routine (Nested Count 1)
"
" Interrupted process: Server 01 Process...
"

" Additional Information: "
" The netware OS detected a problem with the system while executing a
process owned by SERVER.NLM . it may be the source of the problem or
there may have been a memory corruption. "

Also i replaced the whole memory but the same trouble occured.
