Default Dat40i tape drive. Need proper scsi controller

Hello, I've installed nw4.11 (sp9) on a supermicro mobo.
I have an HP dat40 tape drive but the old scsi controller (aha-2940u2w)
doesn't seem to be compatible. I have 2 pci-x 100 slots
and 2 pci-x 133 slots. The controller card seems to work
at only 33mhz bus speeds. could anyone tell me which controller
will work in this config.? I'm looking at the Ultra320 SCSI Controller
and wondering if this will work?

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dale B.
