Since you didn't provide any specifics - as to version of GroupWise,
NetWare, or workstation OS, this is a guess based on known Windows
behaviour: when a shortcut is installed as a Windows "advertised" shortcut
(ie via MS Installer), much of the properties are grayed out; see
Shortcuts in WiX - WiX Wiki at MindCapers, for example.

One way is to create your own shortcut.

Thanks for the link Peter it was pretty helpful, below is what we have.
GroupWise 6.5 is our version, Server 2003 SP2 is the GroupWise Server, the workstations are all running XP Pro SP2.
