Well, if your jobs show in nwadmn32, that means that got from the workstations to the server just fine. So it is certainly not a workstation issue. The question is, how is your printing configuraed int he "back end" side? E.g. do you have a NetWare print server running or do you have network printers configured as print servers or are you using NDPS servicing print queues?
