can't run backfill as well.

I cannot get a backfill to run as well.
I keep getting the message:
06/18 22:21:00 0: E166 Unable to open <SYS:FACTORY\DBASE\C2\C2424B65F964894346
03FE067A9ABC40>. errno=6 NWErrno=132

inside the fsfengin window.
I've tried deleting/rebuilding the dbase folder, I've done the CLIB/DSAPI patch (I'm running 6.5sp6) And I'm still getting nowhere. Any ideas?
