Cannot get FSFEngin to start

I've been using storage Manage all year without an issue. Lately, I cannot get Storage Manager to launch at all. I get the follow errors on the log screen:

I've tried re-installing.
I've tried deleting the two proxy objects, and having them recreate through fsconfig.exe.
I've downloaded the latest versions of SM and re-installed.
I'm at a loss on what else to try.
The box only does Storage Manager, and its running 6.5, sp6.
