A reasonable response but I think you may be solving the wrong problem.
There are already perfectly servicable scheduling tools for OES2 (Netware & Linux) which could be used already, so adding a scheduler to NSM is actually just adding complication/duplication.
What I would prefer is a mechanism where a policy trigger event can be raised by an external process. eg a command line option to triger policy compliance that could be scheduled using CRON for example.
