Multiple events stuck in Aborting or Bypassing State

I have recently upgraded to NSM 2.5 from 2.0 and am having problems with 5 events stuck in an aborting or bypassing process. I have read that there is a fix for this but cant find if it is public or not. Can someone please help me.
