Trivial problems with Novell Customer Center Configuration

I bought a Lenovo laptop (T61) with SLED preinstalled.
It has an icon at the desktop reading "Novell Customer Center Configuration", which takes me to the "Novell Customer Center System Registration" --where I am requested for the "service tag".

Where can i get the service tag from?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
